List View #

A list view is used for editing multiple records connected to an element (e.g., columns in a table element).

The view is shown as a table with Properties panel.

Most of the attributes are editable directly in the list. If there is more complicated view, more attributes are available in Properties panel.

It is possible to change the view by sorting and filtering. These actions affect only current user view - they do not change anything in pushed order of list records.

Edit mode #

When element is in edit mode, the view changes as follows:

Most of the attributes can be edited inline directly in the view, some of them needs extra space for editing, e.g. texts:

A new line can be added to an empty row that appears when switching to edit mode.

A row can be deleted by pressing of a cross mark at the end.

An order can be changed by dragging the row by three dots mark on the left side of each row.
