Stereotypes #

Stereotypes are important properties of all elements because they determine a template selection during outputs generation. Some of them also change the element behaviour.

Stereotype types #

There are three types of stereotypes:

Stereotype type Description
Behavioural - defines behaviour of MetaCroc
- the same for all tenants
- it is not possible to delete them
Default - a part of an initial set for each tenant
- can be deleted or changed based on project requirements
Custom - all stereotypes defined by users

Stereotypes

An example of behavioural table stereotype is Reference - it creates the second table with value translations and it is available as a switch in table working area.
